A Centralized CRM for a Global Policy Institute

GLOBSEC is an independent, non-partisan policy institution based in Central Europe, building on the legacy of the Slovak Atlantic Commission (est. 1993). It convenes policymakers, business leaders, and experts to strengthen Europe's security, resilience, and competitiveness through independent research, policy initiatives, and public-private dialogue.

GLOBSEC relied on about 10 separate spreadsheets to track contacts and communications with partners and clients, resulting in fragmented, inconsistent data and no single source of truth. A previous Salesforce implementation had never been fully completed, leaving the organization without a tool used consistently across departments.

We recommended HubSpot as the right CRM platform for GLOBSEC and implemented it end-to-end, configuring it as a shared database of companies and contacts that captures mutual interactions and the information needed to organize flagship events such as the GLOBSEC Forum and Tatra Summit. The solution replaced the organization's fragmented spreadsheets and incomplete Salesforce setup with a single system usable across all departments.

The project began with an analysis of GLOBSEC's setup and processes, then recommended HubSpot as the right CRM platform. Touch4IT handled the full implementation, configuration, integrations, and data migration from spreadsheets and Salesforce, along with ongoing process consultation.

HubSpot is now implemented for GLOBSEC, with stabilization and support ongoing to help the new system reach its full potential. Once that phase is complete, all contact and communication data will live in a single, up-to-date source of truth, accessible to everyone across departments as soon as it's entered - reducing the need for additional communication and enabling more efficient collaboration.
