IT Support Specialist
We're seeking a technically skilled and proactive colleague to join our team and take ownership of IT support, device management, and contribute to enhancing our internal IT infrastructure.
What Will You Be Working On?
- Install and reinstall operating systems and devices
- Provide technical support to employees (laptops, printers, telecom devices)
- Maintain and manage computers, phones, and hardware inventory
- Prepare, order, and register new hardware
- Execute tasks assigned by your supervisor
- Opportunity to work with Microsoft Azure and access management
- Gradually take over hardware procurement proposals and execution
What Experience and Skills Should You Have?
- Strong understanding of hardware components and basic networking
- Basic computer network configuration skills
- Experience with M365, Intune (MDM), Azure (admin level)
- Familiarity with Apple devices
- Linux experience (preferably Debian; package installation, network config, etc.)
- Experience with UniFi devices, 3D printers (optional)
- Hardware inventory tracking and management

Salary
