Founded in 2016, it has grown into a trusted private-label and contract manufacturing partner across European markets, managing the full supply chain from raw materials to finished products for businesses of all sizes.
Single Point of Failure
GreenPharm's ERP system was originally built and maintained by a single external individual, creating a significant dependency risk - if that person became unavailable, the system would be left without support. As the company grew, GreenPharm decided to hand the system over to a dedicated company that could guarantee continuity, stability, and long-term development, and accepted our proposal to take it over.
From Audit to Ongoing Growth
We began by conducting a full audit of the existing ERP system before taking over its ongoing development and maintenance. This gave us a clear understanding of the system's architecture, data structures, and business logic before making any changes.
System modernization
We redesigned the ERP's user interface, migrating it to a modern, more intuitive design built on the T4 Software Platform. This improved usability while preserving the core functionality the client relied on daily.
Ongoing feature development
Since taking over the system, we've continuously extended it based on GreenPharm's evolving needs, including:
- Regular and manual data synchronization with the Abra system
- Expanded data tracking for raw materials and finished products, including their interconnections
- Product creation workflows
- Production order printing
- Production cost calculations
Business Intelligence reporting
To give management better visibility into company performance, we built a set of BI reports covering:
- Inventory levels
- Sales performance and sales rep commissions
- Financial health
- Production performance
- A summary overview report

The ERP system now runs on our infrastructure, with regular maintenance ensuring stability and reliability. Because ERP data directly impacts production, daily operations, and management decision-making, data accuracy and system integrity are treated as top priorities in every update and integration.
